Moving Out

Thank you for having chosen Hill Properties for your housing needs.  We wish you the best in the next stage of your future.

Here are some guidelines to help the moving process go smoothly.  Your cooperation leaving the apartment clean and on time will help facilitate the return of your security deposit.  Please not the following:

Your lease end date is 8:00 am August 6^th, unless otherwise noted in your lease

All rent must be paid in full by July 15^th, unless otherwise noted in your lease

All personal property must be removed by 8:00 am August 6^th

Clean your apartment thoroughly before 8:00 am August 6^th

Our check out sheet is available by request

All original keys must be returned by 8:00 am August 6^th This includes apartment and mailbox keys.  There is a lock change fee for keys not returned on time.

Please email your new address so that we can mail the security deposit to you.
