Thank you for having chosen Hill Properties for your housing needs.  We wish you the best in the next stage of your future.

Here are some guidelines to help the moving process go smoothly.  Your cooperation leaving the apartment clean and on time will help facilitate the return of your security deposit.  Please not the following:

All personal property must be removed by your  scheduled lease end date.

Clean your apartment thoroughly prior to the scheduled check out meeting.

Our check out sheet is available by request

All original keys including the mail box key must be returned at the scheduled check out appointment.   There is a lock change fee if the original keys are not returned on time.

Please email your new address so that we can mail the security deposit to you.
